Report from Ensono’s Digital Boardroom – Wednesday 3rd June 2020
Organisations have understandably faced various challenges during lockdown at varying levels in different areas depending on their industry. A common theme though has been the desire to gain a better understanding and appreciation of their business.
This included learning what certain employees roles and responsibilities are in order to find new methods of safer or remote working, gaining a better grasp of IT and technological processes that may have been neglected in the past, putting a focus on work/life balance as certain employees juggle home life and working to the best of their ability and learning what tools are most important to employees and customers and learning more about what customers want and need as the world changes.
